EcoVadis-aligned document review and scoring strategy
To ensure that the company’s policies and disclosures were relevant and met EcoVadis requirements, we brought in an EcoVadis expert with 8+ years experience from OnePointFive’s expert network, to help conduct a targeted review.
Establishing environmental governance and management system
After deliberating on potential sustainability initiatives with client stakeholders, we developed a 1-year roadmap outlining 6 initiatives, each with clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and actionable steps to drive long-term sustainability performance. As part of this plan, we implemented a new environmental governance structure and a formal policy and management system aligned with the ISO 14001 standard.

Empowering internal teams to drive sustainability initiatives
We provided case study examples of successful sustainability initiatives and established clear, repeatable procedures to enable internal teams to independently develop and implement their own sustainability projects going forward.
