Matthias Muehlbauer, COO, OnePointFive, Climate Tech

Matthias leads our work on climate tech strategy, climate finance and decarbonization implementation. With 10+ years of experience at PwC and Cambium Carbon, Matthias is a trained chartered accountant, and has led projects for Fortune 500 companies, leading NGOs, and climate tech startups. His expertise spans regulatory policy, climate investment strategy, and go-to-market strategies for climate tech companies.

He co-designs training for OPF Academy, Cisco NetAcademy, and Climatebase, and speaks regularly on scaling sustainability and workforce of the future, with engagements at COP, MIT, and beyond.
