We assessed 14 leading BMS providers through desktop research, live platform demonstrations, and vendor interviews. We prioritized solutions that could deliver actionable insights on energy consumption, water management, and integrated waste tracking.
Shortlisted solutions and developed roadmap for nationwide rollout
We identified 3 top BMS solutions based on 7 distinct criteria, and developed a detailed 6-month implementation plan aligned with the client's sustainability objectives and procurement timelines.
