First and foremost, we designed this accelerator for full-time working professionals.

• During Weeks 2 to 4, Monday & Wednesday’s session will be 1.5hrs each, and Friday’s session will be 1hr, with select industry speakers.

• During Weeks 5 to 8, you'll be working on your blueprint track. That work is largely self-driven, but we expect it to take roughly 3 to 6 hours a week, coordinated among your accelerator team.

• During the Blueprint Tracks, the more you put in, the more you get out.

All sessions are recorded and posted to the student portal within 24 hours.

However, we encourage you to attend as many live sessions as possible for maximum value and outcomes.

No. Week 1 includes an AI basics to make sure everyone is starting with the same foundational knowledge. This program is built for sustainability, procurement, legal, and operations professionals (not engineers). If you can read a vendor contract or an emissions report, you're ready.

Yes. We can provide an email template, program overview, and/or invoice for your manager to support your participation.

Note the strongest case to your employer is the deliverable itself: you're building something your organization needs anyway.

The first half of the program is where we onboard you and take you through our curriculum, covering everything we believe is essential for understanding today's sustainability and AI landscape.

But we want you to leave with a tangible outcome, not just knowledge. That's why, starting in Week 5, you'll pick one of three blueprint tracks and co-build alongside our OPF's experts.

You'll also receive OPF's proprietary templates and methodology, plus small peer groups for feedback and accountability.

In the final week of the program, we host Demo Days: anyone is welcome to show and tell the work they've built in their blueprint track and cross-share learnings and feedback with the rest of the cohort.

We’re keeping the cohort to around ~70 people, so you’ll have more opportunities to engage, ask questions, and learn alongside your peers

If within the first three weeks of the program you decide it isn't what you signed up for, request a one-on-one with our team, and with your feedback we’d be happy to return your accelerator fee, net transaction fees.

• Course materials remain accessible through Q1 2027. Because the AI field moves so quickly, we don't want dated material circulating as current guidance - so we refresh rather than archive. We can provide options for Alumni who want continued access to updated materials.

• Access to the broader community is lifetime, so you can always return to the resources on our community page.

We take confidentiality seriously. We recognize that meaningful progress requires candid conversations  about your organization's data, challenges, strategy, and works-in-progress, and that this often involves sensitive or non-public information.

To protect this, all sessions operate under the Chatham House Rules, and nothing is published or referenced publicly (including case studies or the fact of your participation) without your explicit written consent.
