"Working with OnePointFive helped us build climate finance knowledge & capabilities across teams spread from Vietnam to Sri Lanka to Ghana. We enrolled a cohort drawn from several of our programs, and OPF delivered training that worked for people balancing full-time field roles: self-paced modules on their platform alongside live sessions that were recorded so participants could come back to them on their own time. People liked the platform and the recordings. Several of our team members are already using it in active work on nature-based solutions and climate, and the engagement helped seed a wider community of practice inside the organization.
OPF was responsive in tailoring the content to what we needed, including reframing sessions around adaptation finance. It gave our team a shared language and a more confident footing on climate across very different country contexts."
Brianna Duran, Manager of Training & Education Initiatives, Climate Corps
“In my role, collaborating with OnePointFive on Climate Corps Foundations Week was a clear win for the fellows. Neil and Matthias led two 75-minute, practitioner-led workshops, one on renewable energy procurement and one on energy efficiency, and both were among the best-received sessions of the week.
What stood out to me was how practical and hands-on the training was: the activities OPF designed gave the fellows something they could actually apply, not just sit and listen to. The fellows I serve come in with a wide range of experience and go straight into their summer placements, so building real confidence quickly matters, and OPF delivered that. The feedback from fellows was outstanding, and both trainers were genuinely well-liked across the cohort. OPF clearly does this for a living, and it shows."

“Partnering with OnePointFive on our five-part green skills webinar series was a team effort that paid off. We saw around 600 registrants, and the sessions were high-quality, engaging for our audiences with thoughtful questions asked; plus, we received strong survey feedback, which outperformed past webinars we've run.
The content was well structured, practitioner-informed and academically grounded, which were important to us. As the sessions were recorded, we have been able to extend the value of these trainings through repackaging the content & co-marketing it together with OPF.”

“Since completing the program, I’ve already used the knowledge in real ways: from reviewing ESG reports of major Sri Lankan companies to engaging stakeholders on their climate commitments and understanding local policy impacts. These are conversations I simply wouldn’t have been able to lead before.
As a country director, I’m now better equipped to ask the right questions, strengthen partnerships, and connect our work in Sri Lanka to broader opportunities. The training has expanded both my perspective and my ability to act.”
